Here are some suggested ideas you should consider in prepping for your 1st Coaching Session.

  • Start by relaxing; take some deep breaths. We start slow and continue at your speed.

  • Get comfortable as we converse and try to keep an open mind. Coaching is a stroll; it’s not a marathon.


The first few sessions are exploratory where you share your concerns, joys, and passions, among others. This is a critical part of the coaching process. Remember, it’s all about YOU. Initially my role is to listen intently and actively asking power questions as we go along.
