Our focus is to help our clients develop a career that's right for them.
This is done through the following mechanisms:
- Filtering Process where clients honestly evaluate their current job status and situation. This oftentimes include the use of assessments to identify personality style, communication style, and career interests.
- Awareness Process for the purpose of penetrating deeper into one's strengths and weaknesses and at the same time matching them up with their current or future career plans.
- Branding Process is essential in defining and marketing YOU. We focus on who you are, your expertise, and why you should be sought out. It consists of your reputation, values, strengths, and other necessary qualities that puts you ahead.
We work with individuals assisting and coaching them in designing a career plan. Part of the career development and job search process is to critique and write resumes and cover letters and conduct mock interviews designed to move them to the interview stage.
