Basic Structure of the service and how it’s implemented:
The three phases of the 6-month program are:
1. Getting to Know You and Your Business:
This phase is an important piece in the process. Unless you can clearly articulate your business idea or model, it would be difficult to move to the next phase. We will meet with you 2 to 3 times to get clarity on your business model that will lead to establish a foundation for phase two. This phase is 1-11/2 months long.
2. Developing an action plan:
Many new businesses are launched daily but too often many fail without a plan. Together we will work on identifying key elements to run a successful business and incorporate them in the plan. Having a solid and workable action plan often differentiate the successful from the unsuccessful. The duration for this phase is three months.
3. Implementing the plan:
This part of the program is very significant. The action plan and all the other pieces are fully incorporated and now the next step is to implement the plan. Taking this step signifies actions that are consistent with the plan. It will require focus and efforts in order to realize significant results. We will apply the coaching continuum to eradicate fear and indecisiveness so you will realize your ultimate result. This phase will last approximately 1-11/2 months.
